What each date is

How to use this calendar

  1. Download the .ics file and import it into your phone or desktop calendar.
  2. Set a reminder two weeks ahead of the LUCID change deadline event; the representative needs time.
  3. Do not ignore past dates: they remain conditions you must meet today.

After import the dates appear as all-day events with no reminder. Add reminders in your calendar if you want them.

Two things to be clear about

The Commission says only that the handling fee applies "at the latest by November 2026" with the amount set in a delegated act. The calendar places it at the start of that month to mean "from this month at the latest", not an exact start date. Europäische Kommission, Q&A zur Zollreform (26.3.2026)

The dates are those in statutes or authority documents; they are not advice on an individual case. To see which apply to your products, use the free check.
